Tim Brosnan
Director
As the Sidecar Director, Tim brings over 20 years of industry experience in construction, project, and development management. He is ‘hands-on’ in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, with a deep understanding of design, contract procurement, and construction aspects. Known for his pragmatism, strategic thinking, project-delivery leadership, and problem-solving skills, Tim has covered everything from luxury villas to high-rise apartments, retail and shopping centres, specialist commercial buildings, workplace transformations, and large-scale fit-outs.
Aaron Weigel
Senior Project Manager
Aaron is an experienced construction project manager and brings a dynamic 15 years of experience. His proven capability and attention to detail make him well-positioned to deliver across all projects. Aaron’s sector experience spans high-end residential, workplace transformations, heritage-listed property refurbishment, childcare centres, aged-care facilities, industrial warehouses and showrooms, insurance repairs, and retail buildings. With a thorough understanding of all facets of project management and a passion for construction, Aaron consistently exceeds our client’s expectations and delivers exceptional outcomes.
Caitlin Horgan
Change Communication & Engagement
Caitlin is a strategic communication specialist with over 15 years of experience and has delivered over 50 communication and engagement projects across infrastructure, property, health, transport, major events, Government, tourism, finance, and not-for-profit sectors. Caitlin supports leaders and project teams to set the vision, rally their people, and communicate effectively through change, developing strategies and tools for maximum reach and impact. Specialising in workplace transformation projects and design and construction stakeholder engagement, she understands the importance of putting people at the centre of strategy to drive the cultural and behavioural shift necessary to achieve the envisioned future state.

Consultant Senior Project Manager
Matthew is experienced in the development and project management of all aspects of property and construction, including new builds, refurbishments, and tenancy fits. This experience has been built over many years, delivering successful outcomes across all property sectors, including aged care, residential, commercial, retail, industrial, defense, tourism, and education.
