An industrial upgrade project designed to maximise flexibility for the future tenant, while providing value to the developer.
Cullen Avenue was a modern industrial project with a 3,140 m2 warehouse and 398 m2 offices, designed to maximise flexibility for the end user while providing value to the developer.
Sidecar worked closely with the builder and developer to problem solve a number of program challenges that had the potential to derail completion timeframes. This led to a solution of concurrent building and tenancy fit out works to ensure a win:win for the incoming tenant and developer.
