Sidecar was privileged to collaborate with the Queensland Law Society on their building and workspace refurbishment at Law Society House, 179 Ann Street.

The goal was to ensure the contemporary design and build were informed by the past and create an intentionally designed facility for legal education, dispute resolution, advocacy, conferences, networking, and entertaining that members benefit from.

Sidecar managed the project from concept to completion and led design management, builder procurement, project management, and construction delivery. The works were delivered over four stages, with the building occupied throughout the process, requiring careful staging and planning to minimise disruption for stakeholders within the building and the thousands of pedestrians passing Ann Street daily.
