Sidecar (Tim Brosnan) delivered this fitout project, which was designed to showcase BVN’s work. The project was to be completed to the satisfaction and extremely high quality required by BVN while managing additional time and design challenges.

Sidecar assessed the project timeline and recommended that BVN sole source a contractor to deliver the project by partnering with a builder at the concept stage. FDC was selected and worked with the team to deliver the project, prepare programs and cost plans, and provide design input from the outset. Early procurement of long lead time items and joinery (25% of the contract sum) was required to ensure the project was delivered before the lease expiry.

The project was highly successful, a testament to the approach of partnering with a builder from its commencement.
